1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and pkr656 ("pkr656," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr656 website located at pkr656.co, any associated mobile applications, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the pkr656 registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, along with the pkr656 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• pkr656 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
• pkr656 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. If pkr656 determines that a Player is located in a restricted jurisdiction, the account may be closed without notice and remaining balances may be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration and Maintenance

• Each Player may hold only one active account on pkr656. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update this information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkr656 account credentials, including your username and password. You must enable two-factor authentication where offered. pkr656 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify pkr656 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your pkr656 account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
• pkr656 accounts that have been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. pkr656 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to Rs 200 per month on inactive accounts, as notified to the Player by email prior to the first deduction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

• pkr656 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Payment methods available to individual Players may vary.
• All deposits are credited to your pkr656 account balance upon successful processing. pkr656 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pkr656 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a verified payment method in the same name as the registered account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing time for JazzCash and Easypaisa is within 2 business hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• pkr656 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party transaction fees imposed by banks or payment processors are outside pkr656's control and may apply.
• pkr656 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing for accounts under security review, suspected fraud investigation, or pending KYC verification.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

• All bets placed on pkr656 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, casino, slots, fishing, crash). These rules are published within each respective game or market and form part of these Terms.
• Once a bet is confirmed by pkr656, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player except where an explicit cash-out or bet-edit feature is offered and available for that specific market.
• pkr656 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing or system error has occurred; (b) the bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or collusion; or (d) the bet violates applicable rules or regulations.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or game session may be subject to limits as published on the Platform. pkr656 reserves the right to apply individual player bet limits based on risk profile or account history.
• For live casino games, in the event of a network disconnection mid-round, pkr656's server records of the game state at the point of disconnection shall be final and binding in determining the outcome of any affected round.
• RNG-based games (slots, table games, and certain casino products) use certified Random Number Generators independently audited for fairness. pkr656 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• pkr656 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

• pkr656 may modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances earned prior to discontinuation will be honoured subject to their original terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr656 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or payment information at any stage.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on pkr656.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sports events or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr656 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, bet-builder interfaces, match-center modules, and promotional materials, is the property of pkr656 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr656 content without prior written authorisation from pkr656.

9. Limitation of Liability

• pkr656 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, pkr656 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
• pkr656's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• pkr656 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or revenue; (b) loss of business or opportunity; (c) indirect or consequential losses; or (d) losses arising from events beyond pkr656's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pkr656's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein. pkr656 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination and Suspension

• You may close your pkr656 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
• pkr656 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) regulatory requirements; or (e) any other reason pkr656 reasonably deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
• Upon account closure, any outstanding bonus balances (as distinct from real-money deposits) will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to pkr656's operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkr656 Platform shall first be submitted to pkr656's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, either party may seek resolution through applicable legal channels in the competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect (unless immediate changes are required by law or regulation). Your continued use of the pkr656 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
